Avery Legacy - Chapter 121 - Bring on the Sparklies

Not long after the wedding, Valerie went into labor. She screamed for Boris and was almost surprised when he arrived at her side.

He stayed right with her as she gave birth a beautiful baby boy. He has his mother's blond hair and his father's brown eyes. The happy couple named him Cyrus Avery. (I will be so happy to get out of generation three. Of course then it will be a million D names. Oh well.)

Boris took good care of his son. Since he only works one day a week he had plenty of time to love and cuddle the littlest Avery. He still found time for Cetus and Cara Lynn though. It was so strange not living on the legacy lot. There were no ghosts. No nightly stargazing. He actually slept in a bed every night. Weird.

Before he was ready, Boris had a birthday. The old man club gets a new member.

That same night was Cara Lynn's birthday. Time to become the father of a teenage girl.

Cara Lynn Haggerty has rolled into family. She hopes to have 6 grandkids someday. Yes, our spare heir (for this line) is ready to step in if needed though I pray she never is.

Aric stopped by to see Boris grow old. He is very happy for his brother. And his brother is obviously very happy to the embarrassment of his teenage daughter.

Soon there are more birthdays. Cetus becomes a child. He's a handsome youth in his own way.

Then Cyrus becomes a toddler. He is a Gemini with 7 neat, 10 outgoing, 10 active, 6 playful & 2 nice. Yes, Boris has passed those mean genes on nicely. Well at least they are in an appealing package anyway.

Cara Lynn puts a rush on the scholarships in the hopes of leaving for college soon. She'll never find a husband with her father watching her like a hawk.

Next up Chad Avery (Bram & Laura's son) becomes a teen. He too has rolled into family but he longs to fill his mother's shoes and become Captain Hero when she retires.

After some cake it's time for another Avery family pillow fight. It's tradition after all.

More birthdays! Bring on the sparklies.

Laura becomes an old woman in a jogging suit.

Valerie becomes an old woman with bad fashion sense.

But Bram doesn't look to bad for an old man. No loud colors. No shorts with pulled up socks. I think I can live with this outfit. One out of three ain't bad.

So, isn't this great. The four of us together again. Just like back in the greek house. Do you remember all the crazy things we did back then?

Bram doesn't answer. It's hard to look your brother in the face when you've been lusting after his wife for years. Of course he's never acted on it. Never has and never will. But occasionally lose longing just come back. Damn it. Why can't I lust after my own wife. Why why why?

In no time flat Cyrus is ready to start school. Look like anyone? Except for the hair color and lack of pointy ears, he is the spitting image of his father. Another handsome Avery is out walking the streets.

With all the babies grown and all the scholarships earned, Cara Lynn heads off to college to join her brother and those other 20ish neighborhood kids that haven't graduated yet. Someday. Soon. I swear.

And here she is all grown up and out to find love.

What's next for the Avery family? Will those kids ever get out of college? What happened with LaShandra and her quest for a baby? Stick around. Two out of three answers are up next.

Oh, I can't believe Boris is an old man. I guess it is time though, huh? And then more elders. You've got a regular geriatric home going there, LOL

Cara is absolutely gorgeous! Boris will have a time keeping the boys away from her.

Cetus has the biggest eyes I have ever seen. Wow! They are huge!

Cyrus is a cutie!

I have no idea what you mean. I think Cetus is absolutely ADORABLE!! Those huge eyes of his. WOO! :O)

Ahhh ... lots of old people! Better stock up on "Depends". Heh-heh-heh. I made an old sim once. Their bladder needs diminish RAPIDLY. And you've got FOUR to look out for.

All of your sims are gorgeous. Good genes! Except for that niceness. But you can work on that.
